The staff does not care about the Tenant's issues

The 2023 experience at Azalea Park has went down tremendously. The property manager is very sarcastic and does not care about the tenant issues,

Pick another place!

Management is not great! They can do so much better. Maintenance request aren't answered in a timely manner. They may as well get rid of the phone bill cause they don't answer phone. Management has changed so much since being her the past 2 years. Find another place to stay!

Quiet, decent maintenance, not personable

The apartments themselves are decent. I can’t complain about them. However, when something needs to be fixed, it can take literally weeks to months. A small issue like a broken dishwasher took me 5 months to get them to even check it out. Things like this happen often.
